Lynn Rathbun, LPN

Lynn Rathbun, Associate Nurse Manager, for Orr and Associates Memory and Geriatric Behavioral Clinic. Oversees clinical nursing operations for the Memory Clinic and Research Coordinator for the Exelon Patch study for Alzheimer’s Disease.

She received training at Bethel University St. Paul, MN. Then served as a combat medical nurse for 12 years in 5501st and 114th Combat Medical Unit in U.S. Army Reserves. Working at the V.A. Medical Center and Hennepin County Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN. Bayne-Jones Army Hospital Fort Polk, L.A., R. Johnson V.A. Medical Center Charleston, S.C.,

In her 20 years of nursing experience, she has worked in both clinical and home care settings. Directing and managing the development of two individual home care companies, with a focus on client’s with complex medical issues and serious persistent mental illness(SPMI). She also has experience in marketing home care services to individuals and facilities. She has worked in in Private Duty sector providing direct patient care, and is an advocate.

Her passion is to bring hope and support to the patients and families she touches every day, and has faith that she will see a cure for Alzheimer’ s disease in her lifetime.
