Healthy Lifestyle Delays Dementia Symptoms

Here is yet another study demonstrating how important a healthy lifestyle is for how we age.  Like an older house that needs more attention and care to keep it well maintained, so as our bodies age we must adapt our lifestyles.  Habits around sleep, eating well, daily physical and mental challenges, modest exercise of at least 10 min per day three days per week are all essential.  Also essential for aging well is to have a reason to get up in the morning.  Engage in community, family, volunteer work as a way of giving back.
